Introduction:
The East Anglian Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club has many facets:
• Three shows a year including a Championship show
• Rescue scheme • Newsletter published three times a year
• Annual Fun Day • Match meetings
• Charity projects
• Seminars, dinner dances and eye-testing sessions
This yearbook attempts to reflect these different facets and provide interest for every Stafford owner or lover, whether or not you are a member of the Club, whether you own a Champion or a family companion, whether you have attended any of the events organised by the Club or not.
This is the story of the first twenty five years of the Club and concentrates specifically on those people and Staffords who are part of that history. The photos and pedigrees represent dogs who won at East Anglian shows, many of them well known on the national circuit, but many of them unknown and unshown outside East Anglia.
The editors would like to thank everyone who has contributed articles, reminiscences, photos, pedigrees or ideas for this yearbook. Opinions expressed in this yearbook are those of the contributors and do not necessarily reflect the
opinion or official policy of the EASBTC. While every care has been taken to reproduce the content of articles and pedigrees accurately, the EASBTC, its officers and committee cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies contained herein. The editors do however apologise for any errors which may have inadvertently been included.
